Germany has handed over additional anti-aircraft guns and missiles to Ukraine

Germany has handed over to the Ukrainian Armed Forces four more Gepard self-propelled artillery units and thousands of shells for them. This was reported by the press service of the German government.

 

The list of transferred equipment notes that Ukraine has already received 12 artillery systems of this type. Earlier it was known about eight transferred Gepard.

 

It is also reported that the AFU has recently received:

 

49 thousand shells for the Gepard;

 

10 highly mobile multi-purpose wheeled vehicles;

 

three armored repair and recovery vehicles and other equipment.

 

In total, Ukraine is to receive 30 Gepard units from the Bundeswehr. At least a hundred AFU soldiers have been trained in Germany to operate these Gepard systems.
