Putin signed a decree on payments to refugees from Ukraine and "L/DNR"

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the payment of pensions to refugees from Ukraine, as well as the so-called "DPR" and "LPR". On August 27, the document was published on the official portal of legal information.

 

 Persons who arrived from Ukraine, as well as the territories temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions, are promised to be paid 10,000 rubles per month (about UAH 6,100 at the current exchange rate). Payments are scheduled from July 1 and belong to refugees who arrived in Russia after February 18.

 

 In addition to pensions, the Russian government has undertaken to pay emigrants:

 

  disabled persons - 10,000 rubles per month (6,100 UAH);

 disabled children and disabled people of the 1st group over the age of 80 - an additional payment in the amount of 3 thousand rubles (1,846 UAH);

 veterans of the "Great Patriotic War" - 5 thousand rubles per month (3077 UAH);

 pregnant women - 10,000 rubles (6,100 hryvnias) at the same time;

 at the birth of a child - at the same time 20 thousand rubles (12.3 thousand UAH);

 for each child under the age of 18 - 4 thousand rubles per month (2462 hryvnias);

 if the child is under guardianship - 15 thousand rubles per month (9233 UAH),

 if a child under the age of 23 is studying full-time - 4,000 rubles per month (2,462 UAH);

 to a single parent for each child – 10,000 rubles per month (6,100 UAH).

 

 In addition, Vladimir Putin's decree gives citizens of Ukraine and people from the "L/DPR" the right to stay indefinitely in the territory of Russia, provided that they undergo a medical examination and dactyloscopic registration, i.e. leave their fingerprints. After these procedures, people will also be able to work in the aggressor country without the need to obtain a special permit, the purpose of the visit and the requirements for it will not be taken into account.
