Enemy shelling of the center of Kharkiv has already killed four people, and the same number have been injured, reported the head of the Kharkiv RA Oleg Synegubov.

 "As a result of the shelling of the central part of Kharkiv, at least 4 people were killed and 4 more injured. The information is being clarified. Stay in shelters," Sinegubov said in Telegram.

 The mayor of Kharkiv Igor Terekhov reported in Telegram that "information is being received about the arrival of a plane near a five-story residential building, as well as about reaching one of the preschool educational institutions."

 On August 30, the Russian occupiers shelled the central districts of Kharkiv with artillery.
