Putin reacted to Ukraine's official refusal to negotiate

In the Kremlin, they are going to wait for either a change in the position of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskiy regarding the negotiations with Russia or his change, trying to come to an agreement with the future Ukrainian guarantor.

This was stated by the spokesman of the President of the Russian Federation Dmytro Peskov.

"To conduct negotiations, two parties are needed... Now we will wait either for a change in the position of the current president, or perhaps we will wait for the future president of Ukraine," said the press secretary.

As reported, President Volodymyr Zelenskiy made a decision of the National Security Council on the "impossibility of holding negotiations" with Russian President Putin. This was a response to Russia's attempt to annex the territories of Ukraine.
