Sweden confirmed the sabotage on the "Nord stream"

During the investigation of the explosions on the branches of the Nord Stream gas pipeline, "foreign objects" and traces of explosives were found at the scene.

This is reported by the Prosecutor's Office of Sweden.

According to the conclusions of the investigators, a serious sabotage took place on the gas pipelines of the Nord Stream system.

"During the crime scene investigation conducted at the site in the Baltic Sea, large seizures were made and the area was thoroughly documented. Analyzes that were conducted show traces of explosives on several of the foreign objects found," the statement said.

The investigation continues. The prosecutor's office is investigating whether anyone can be suspected of committing a crime.

We will remind, on September 27, several gas leaks were discovered on the Russian pipelines "Nord Stream-1" and "Nord Stream-2". According to Swedish seismologists, the cause of this could be an explosion. US President Joe Biden said that it is likely that Russia blew up the pipelines.

Later, on October 29, the Russians directly stated that specialists of the British Navy were allegedly "involved in blowing up gas pipelines." The British Ministry of Defense called such accusations of the aggressor country a fictional story.

At the same time, German investigators are sure that the Russians blew up the Nord Stream. They noted that their version with sabotage coincides with Sweden's previous findings.
