The Russian occupiers are advancing in four directions with heavy losses, while at the same time they are recruiting Ukrainian prisoners in the occupied territories for the "Wagner" PMC.

 During the day, January 24, the enemy launched 4 missile and 26 air strikes. He also carried out more than 100 rounds of anti-aircraft fire.

 The Russians, having suffered numerous losses, still do not stop offensive actions in the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiiv and Novopavliv areas. On Kupyansk, Zaporizhzhya and Kherson - they are defending.

 Units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled the attacks of the occupiers in the areas of the settlements of Bilogorivka in the Luhansk region and Rozdolivka, Chervona Gora, Bakhmut, Novobakhmutivka, Krasnohorivka, Maryinka and Charivne in the Donetsk region.

 No signs of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn, Poliske, Siversk, and Slobozhansk directions. Areas of more than 40 settlements were shelled. Among them are Khrinivka and Karpovychi of Chernihiv region; Glukhiv, Boyaro-Lezhachi, Atynske, Solyaniki and Pavlivka in the Sumy region, as well as Gatishche, Vovchansk, Vovchanski Khutory, Budarky and Dvorichna in the Kharkiv region.

 In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy shelled the areas of the settlements of Olshana, Senkivka, Ivanivka, Kotlyarivka, Tabaivka of the Kharkiv region, as well as Novoselivske and Stelmakhivka of the Luhansk region.

On the Lyman direction, Makiyivka, Maidanchyk, Krasnopolivka, Nevske, Terny and Yampolivka of the Luhansk region were hit by fire.

 More than 30 settlements came under fire in the Bakhmut direction. In particular, Verkhnyokamyanka, Spirne, Bilogorivka, Krasnopolivka, Chervona Gora, Bakhmut, Ivanovske, Klishchiivka, Stupochki, Bila Gora, Kurdyumivka, Druzhba, Severnye, Zalizne and New York of the Donetsk region.

 In the Avdiiv region, Novobakhmutivka, Berdychi, Orlivka, Avdiivka, Vodyane, Pershotravneve, Nevelske, Krasnohorivka, Georgiivka, Maryinka, Novomykhailivka and Mykhailivka of the Donetsk region were affected by the occupiers' fire.

 On the Novopavlivskyi direction, Novoukrayinka, Vugledar, Prechistivka, Bogoyavlenka, Velika Novosilka, Zolota Niva and Mykilske of the Donetsk region were shelled.

 Areas of more than 40 settlements were affected by tank and artillery fire in the Zaporizhzhуa and Kherson directions. Among them are Staroukrainka, Zaliznychne, Mala Tokmachka and Novoandriivka of the Zaporizhzhуа region, as well as Zolota Balka, Mykhailivka, Novoberislav, Odradokamyanka, Ivanovka, the gigantic Kherson region and the city of Kherson, where the invaders shelled a maternity hospital, a school and a polyclinic.

 Russia is recruiting imprisoned Ukrainian citizens who were forcibly taken to Russian prisons. In particular, in Krasnodar there is an active recruitment of such persons to the composition of the "Wagner" PMC. The majority of Ukrainian prisoners are dissatisfied with the forced change of situation and the contemptuous attitude of Russian prisoners towards them. People who are serving sentences for serious criminal offenses are most actively called to participate in the war against Ukraine.

 From Kakhovka, the occupiers are taking the medical equipment of the central city hospital to Henichesk, Kherson region.

 Aviation of the Defense Forces of the past day struck 8 strikes on enemy concentration areas, as well as 3 strikes on the positions of its anti-aircraft missile systems.

 At the same time, our defenders destroyed SU-25, 3 Russian attack helicopters KA-52, 5 UAVs.

 Gunners and rocket launchers struck the enemy's control post and 9 areas where the occupiers were concentrated.
