The ministers of foreign affairs of the countries of the European Union have made progress on the agreement on the joint purchase of ammunition for Ukraine.

 This was reported by Radio Svoboda journalist Ricardo Jozvyak on Twitter.

 "White smoke: the agreement between the EU foreign ministers regarding the ammunition plan for Ukraine," he noted.

 We will remind you that today the ministers of foreign affairs of the EU countries must sign the plan for the supply of ammunition to Ukraine. The agreement provides for the joint purchase of one million ammunition during the year.

 The EU is also discussing the allocation of 500 million euros for the production of shells for Ukraine.

 Today, the head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, called for the approval of the agreement for the supply of ammunition to the Ukrainian military.
