Kyiv: Nigeria's police killed 104 people during an operation aimed at suppressing crime in the northwestern state of Zamfara. This is reported by AFP with reference to police officer Dzhimosh Mosistiha.
“The joint task force repulsed an attack by armed gangsters in Magang Fore, which is in the state of Zamfara, resulting in the death of 104 bandits. They were the ones who terrorized and killed innocent people,” he said.
It is noted that since November of this year, another 85 people have been detained by the police, who are believed to be involved in the abductions.
