“On December 12, in Chernigov, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Cherkasy, Poltava, Kirovograd and Nikolaev regions , there will be heavy snow, sleet sticking, blizzards, wind gusts of 15-20 m / s, increase in snow cover of 12-20 cm,” -this was made in a statement.
In addition, according to DSNS weather forecasters, at night on January 12, in Kharkov, Lugansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Kherson and Dnipropetrovsk regions, heavy precipitations are possible, mainly in the form of rain.
“On December 13, in Ukraine, except for the eastern regions, the Carpathian and Transcarpathian regions, it will be moderate at night and there will be little snow in the afternoon. At the country sleet on the roads ", - the department added.
In addition, as noted in the DSNS report, complications of weather conditions can lead to partial disruption of traffic on the roads and streets of Kyiv (level 2 of the threat is “yellow”).
Rescuers urge drivers to refrain from traveling in their own cars and give preference to public transport.
