Today, on February 14, the Russian army attacked Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk region and wounded a man. This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk RMA Serhiy Lysak.
"A 33-year-old man suffered from shelling in Nikopol. Penetrating wound of the chest cavity. He is seriously injured," Lysak wrote.
According to him, the attack damaged private houses, outbuildings and a gas pipeline in the city.
