The U.S. will send Ukraine its last batch of military aid in 2021

On December 8, the Pentagon reported that Ukraine will receive the last batch of military aid planned for 2021 as early as this week.

Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said during a briefing that the last batch of US military aid in 2021 will include small arms and ammunition. At the same time, the exact date when Ukraine will receive them has not yet been made public.

"President Joe Biden approved a $60 million military aid package, the last part of which arrives in Ukraine this week," Kirby stressed.

In addition, the Pentagon expressed hope that Ukraine would use the Javelin anti-tank systems responsibly.
