Alexander Gogilashvili has been dismissed from the post of deputy head of the Interior Ministry after a scandal in the OOS zone. The Cabinet of Ministers has officially published the decision.

 

The government order reads: to dismiss Oleksandr Heinrichovych Gohylashvili from the post of deputy interior minister of Ukraine at his own request.

 

Gogilashvili himself wrote on his Facebook page that he admitted his guilt and wrote a letter of resignation.

 

"Thank you all for your work, professionals who honestly and faithfully do their job... Yes, I am at fault. This is a telling example for everyone how not to behave," he wrote.

 

At the same time, he decided to add that he was "not ashamed of the work we've done in over 2 years," but ashamed of his "emotionalism and intemperance."

 

 

Recall, the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Alexander Gogilashvili got into a scandal in the OOS zone. A video appeared in the network, which captures Gogilashvili at one of the checkpoints in the zone of operation of the United Forces quarreling with law enforcers, who asked him to provide documents for verification.

 

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reacted to the scandal around Alexander Gogilashvili and demanded his dismissal.
