The district administrative court in Kiev has opened proceedings on the suit of Viktor Yanukovych against the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in a dispute over the recognition of the fact of his self-removal from the exercise of constitutional powers of the president of Ukraine. The court scheduled the consideration of the case by summoning the parties to the February 16, 2022 at 10:15 am.
The plaintiff asks to establish the lack of competence of the Verkhovna Rada to adopt acts of self-removal of the President of Ukraine, noted in the social network.
