The World Health Organization (WHO) has reported 257 confirmed and 120 suspected cases of monkeypox in 23 countries. The WHO said in a statement.

 

"As of May 26, WHO has reported a total of 257 laboratory-confirmed cases and approximately 120 suspected cases. No fatal cases have been reported," the statement said.

 

Since May 13, monkeypox has been detected in 23 countries worldwide that are not endemic.
