The Ukrainian Armed Forces suppressed an attempt to storm Dementievka, and the occupants were forced to retreat. In the Kharkiv direction, Russian troops fired tanks, mortars, barrel and rocket artillery in the areas of Kharkiv city, the settlements of Pitomnik, Ukrainka, Pobeda, Dementyevka, Prudyanka and Rubizhne.

In the Volyn and Polesye directions, units of the armed forces of Belarus are in the border areas of the Brest and Gomel regions. According to available information, military commissariats of these regions are studying the possibility of hidden mobilization of the population. There are no particular changes in the Seversk direction.

On the Slavyansk direction, the enemy is regrouping troops and defending itself, firing artillery of various calibers in the areas of Mazanivka, Dubrovny and Krasnopolye.

In the Donetsk direction, the enemy, supported by artillery, is trying to blockade Lysychansk and take control of a section of the Lysychansk-Bakhmut road. Russian troops shelled civilian infrastructure in the areas of Lysychansk, Verkhnekamenka and Seversk, they conduct an offensive near Verkhnekamenka and assault actions near the Lysychansk oil refinery, the fighting is ongoing.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy did not conduct active combat operations, shelling AFU positions with artillery. In the Bakhmut direction, shelling near Berestovoye, Pokrovskoye and Zvonovka and an air strike near Pokrovskoye were recorded. Ukrainian soldiers halted the offensive in the areas of Klinove and Novoluhanske settlements, and repulsed an assault in the direction of the Uglegorska thermal power plant.

In Avdiivka, Kurakhivka, Novopavlivka and Zaporizhzhia directions the Russian military shelled the areas of Vodyane, Avdiivka, Marinka, Ugledar, Poltavka, Novoukraynske, Novoselka and Orekhov. There were also air strikes on AFU positions near Avdiivka and Shcherbakov. The enemy attempted to conduct an assault near Pavlovka, had no success and withdrew.

In the South Bug direction, the Russian Federation troops continue to systematically shell civilian and military infrastructure and regroup troops. For example, the enemy conducted missile and aviation strikes in the areas of Knyazhevka and Potemkinoye, and conducted aerial reconnaissance. Two carriers of sea-launched cruise missiles of the Kalibr type are in readiness to use missile weapons in the waters of the Black Sea.

Earlier, Ukrainian Defense Ministry spokesman Oleksandr Motuzyanik said that Belarus had concentrated about six battalions of its army near Ukraine and was strengthening the border area.
