British defense minister: the Russians are failing in the war, Putin may change strategy

British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace claims that Russian troops in Ukraine are failing in many areas, and this may force the Russian military leadership to switch to a new plan.

He said this on Sky News.

Wallace said Russia is failing in "many places" in Ukraine, and President Vladimir Putin may try to change strategy again.

"At the moment, the Russians are failing in many places on the front ... Putin's plans A, B and C have failed, and he may turn his attention to plan D," the minister noted.

As a reminder, according to British intelligence, the AFU counteroffensive in the Kherson region is gaining momentum.

Last week, the U.S. expressed doubt that Russia would be able to continue offensive operations in Ukraine, as it has been so far.
