Kuleba called for declaring Russia a terrorist country

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba called on the world to recognize Russia as a terrorist state after Russian forces shelled the colony in occupied Olenivka, where they were holding Ukrainian prisoners of war. He published a statement to this effect on his Twitter account.

"The Russians have committed another terrible war crime by shelling a penal facility in occupied Olenivka, where they were holding Ukrainian prisoners of war. I call on all partners to strongly condemn this gross violation of international humanitarian law and recognize Russia as a terrorist state," he said.
