In Zaporizhzhia region over the past 24 hours Russian occupants shelled two settlements, one village and the city of Orekhov, reported the Zaporizhzhia RMA in Telegram.

"According to the report of the State unit of internal affairs in the Zaporizhzhia region, over the past day the occupants shelled civilian infrastructure in the area of settlements Kushugum, Kamyshevakha, Gulyaypolskoye, Orekhov," - said in the message.

There were 40 reports of destruction of civilian infrastructure as a result of shelling by Russian occupation troops during the day.

At the same time, in the Zaporizhzhia direction the situation has not changed significantly over the past 24 hours. The enemy concentrates its main efforts on holding the occupied lines. Over the past 24 hours, the enemy carried out shelling of the positions of the Ukrainian defenders, using tank weapons, rocket and gun artillery along the entire line of contact, according to a report of the OVA.

As a reminder, on August 10, in the morning, Russian occupants fired four rockets at the village of Kushugum, killing a 52-year-old woman.
