As of the morning of September 24, more than 1,164 children were injured in Ukraine as a result of the full-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation, the Prosecutor General's Office reports.

 

 "According to the official information of the juvenile prosecutors, 391 children died and more than 773 were injured of various degrees of severity. These numbers are not final, as work is underway to establish them in places of active hostilities, in temporarily occupied and liberated territories," said the message on Facebook. .

 

 The most affected children were in Donetsk oblast - 400, Kharkiv oblast - 231, Kyiv oblast - 116, Mykolayiv oblast - 72, Chernihiv oblast - 68, Luhansk oblast - 61, Kherson oblast - 55, Zaporizhzhya oblast - 47, Dnipropetrovsk oblast - 26.

 

 On September 23, as a result of shelling by the enemy, two girls aged 7 and 10 were wounded in the village of Podola, Kupyan district, Kharkiv region.

 

 2,500 educational institutions were damaged due to bombing and shelling by the armed forces of the Russian Federation. Of them, 289 were completely destroyed.
