 Davitulani claims that the flows of Russians arriving in Georgia are "completely under control" and at this stage and "in such a volume they do not yet pose a danger" - and by letting in citizens of the Russian Federation, Georgia is helping Ukraine.

 "What is the logic in not letting people from Russia who do not want to go to the front? That is, to give the regime in Russia the opportunity to let them into the battlefield and harm Ukraine? After all, we must help Ukraine win the war, accordingly, in our interests, if it will not harm our interests, then we will accept those who do not want to go there," he said.
