In the de-occupied Kupyan district, a convoy of cars containing civilians was found shot dead. Previously, the occupiers killed 20 people. This was reported by the head of Kharkiv RMA Oleg Synegubov.

 As Synegubov reported, the occupiers struck a convoy of civilians when they tried to escape from the shelling.

 "This is brutality that has no justification," added the head of the Kharkiv Department of Internal Affairs.

 The SSU reports that 10 children were among those killed in the convoy. Experts are trying to identify the victims.
