The Ukrainian military continues counteroffensive operations in the southern direction and in Donbas. The successes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are noticeable in the Kharkiv and Kherson regions.

 According to the portal, Ukrainian troops were able to take control of the settlement of Shyykivka in the Kharkiv region. In this way, our fighters closely approached Borova from the eastern flank.

 The portal also confirms the liberation of Mykhailivka village in the Kherson region. The Armed Forces of Ukraine installed the flag of Ukraine there.

 The British Ministry of Defense published a map of hostilities on October 3. According to the map, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are conducting offensive operations in five directions, three of which are in the Kherson region. Britain also confirms the success of the Armed Forces in Donbas.

 As for the Russian military, their activity is noticeable only in the Bakhmut area. In the remaining areas of the front, the occupiers are on the defensive, or are trying to repel the attacks of the Ukrainian military.
