Ukrainian defenders have already de-occupied 88 settlements in the Kherson region. This was stated by the deputy head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Tymoshenko.

 "Kherson Region - 88 settlements have been de-occupied," the message reads.

 According to Tymoshenko, 11,827 citizens live in them. They are provided with the necessary humanitarian aid. Life support systems are also being restored.

 "Roads are being cleared, mobile communications are being restored," Tymoshenko added.
