For most artillery systems of the Russian Federation, Kherson, as before, is vulnerable - British intelligence

British intelligence says that despite the liberation, Kherson remains vulnerable to Russian artillery and is under heavy fire.

This is stated in the intelligence review of the Ministry of Defense of Great Britain.

"Despite being liberated by Ukrainian troops on November 11, 2022, the city of Kherson in southern Ukraine continues to be subjected to daily shelling by Russian artillery," the review says.

The British Ministry of Defense reminds that 10 people died on November 24, 2022 alone, and 54 shellings were recorded in the area on November 27, 2022, which is the highest number in a day so far.

"The city is vulnerable because it remains within range of most of the Russian artillery systems, which are now firing from the eastern bank of the Dnieper, from behind newly fortified defensive lines," British intelligence said.

At the same time, a significant part of the damage is likely to be inflicted on Kherson as a result of Russia's use of rocket salvo systems, mainly BM-21 "Grad".
