Google summarized the results of 2022 and presented the five most popular searches this year.

 According to the company, Ukraine entered the top searches in several categories at once, and topped the list in the "News" category.

 Most people searched for news about Ukraine in the period from February 20-26 to March 5, and the most used languages ​​when searching for information about the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine were English, French and German. Along with the word "Ukraine", searchers used such words as "losses", "human sacrifices", "donations", "refugees", "war".

 In second place is the query "death of Queen Elizabeth II", and the top three is rounded off by "election results in the USA". "Lottery numbers" and "monkey pox" were also among the top five searches.

 The most popular search query this year was the Wordle game, followed by India vs. England, Ukraine in third, Queen Elizabeth in fourth, and India vs. USA in fifth.

 As a reminder, the most common search queries in Google for 2022 among Ukrainians were "Map of air alarms", "News of Ukraine" and "eDopomoga".
