Kuleba on the Russian Federation's statements regarding the negotiations: they are preparing for new battles, not for talks

The Russian occupiers do not want negotiations and are preparing for new battles in the war against Ukraine. They have already transferred their troops to Donbas. This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba in an interview with The Wall Street Journal.

According to him, despite a number of statements by Moscow about the desire for peace negotiations, the behavior of the aggressor country shows that it is not ready for dialogue.

He added that after the withdrawal of their troops from Kherson, the occupiers have already transferred their soldiers to Donbas, where they are trying to capture Bakhmut.

"They are preparing for new battles, for new offensive operations, not for negotiations. Therefore, nothing speaks in favor of the fact that Russia is ready for negotiations," Kuleba emphasized.
