Russian occupants have deployed a humanitarian convoy of trucks with food and medicines heading from Zaporizhzhya to Energodar (Zaporizhzhya Region), the head of the Zaporizhzhya regional military administration, Oleksandr Starukh, said.

In a video message posted on March 9 in a telegram channel, Starukh notes that for today there were agreements with the Russian occupants to organize a humanitarian corridor from Zaporizhzhya to Energodar, as well as a "green" (evacuation corridor) from Energodar to Zaporizhzhya.

However, near Vasilievka, the occupants deployed five trucks with medicines, food and other necessities for the population.

Also, according to Starukh, an evacuation convoy with people left Energodar in the direction of Zaporizhzhya. Residents of Vasilievka may also join it

"Also, people from Dneprorudnyi and Vasilievka want to leave. We are waiting for the Russians to let them through, to fulfill their promises" - summed up the head of the OVA.

In Zaporizhzhya everything is prepared to receive the evacuated residents of the region.
