Russia has exhausted reserves of combat-ready battalion and tactical groups, now they are preparing conscripts - intelligence report

The Russian Federation has already exhausted reserves of combat-ready battalion and tactical groups and is forming new units from Belgorod and Rostov conscripts. This was reported by a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, Vadim Skibitsky, who was quoted by the State Intelligence Directorate.

According to the intelligence service, there is a hidden mobilization at the state level in Russia. On the basis of conscripts and mobilization resources, new units of occupation troops are formed in Belgorod and Rostov regions, which are sent to the territory of Ukraine. But the use of such troops is mostly ineffective.

"Through military recruitment offices they summon conscripts, they sign contracts, after which new units are formed and sent to the territory of Ukraine. How effective is the use of such troops - this is already shown by combat operations. In many cases it is not effective, but we really understand that as of today the resources concerning the most combat-ready battalion-tactical groups have been exhausted by the Russian Federation. Although it has enough reserves to introduce into the territory of Ukraine," Skibitsky said.

Skibitsky also confirmed information about the depressed and depressed moral and psychological climate in the units of the Russian occupation troops.
