Gaidai said that a "quiet" evacuation is being carried out from Lysychansk by military administration employees, police officers, rescuers and volunteers. From the settlements where active hostilities continue, people are taken out by the military on armored vehicles.
"Orcs continue to use 'creeping' tactics - Luhansk Region is being destroyed with all possible weapons," Gaidai added.
Earlier, it was reported that fighting for full control of Severodonetsk is continuing. Fighting in the streets of the city is non-stop.
