On Tuesday, the German government published a list of weapons to be transferred to Ukraine, including 30 Gepard self-propelled artillery systems, IRIS-T SLM air defense systems and M113 armored personnel carriers.

This is reported by the European Pravda.

Ukraine is also to receive from Germany 10,000 artillery shells, 53 thousand anti-aircraft shells, 5.8 million cartridges for small arms, and 5000 protective helmets, eight mobile radio communication systems and thermal imaging cameras, eight reconnaissance drones.

Among the military equipment are also mentioned seven ACS Panzerhaubitzen 2000 along with spare parts, 10 anti-aircraft guns, 10 armored vehicles, 80 Toyota pickups, 22 heavy trucks, anti-battery combat system COBRA and three previously announced MARS multiple rocket launcher systems.

It is noted that for security reasons, the German Federal Government will not provide further details about the conditions and dates of transfer of weapons until it takes place.

At the same time, Germany has already transferred to Ukraine, among other things, 500 Stinger anti-aircraft missiles, 2,700 Strela MANPADS, 16 million rounds of small arms ammunition, 100 MG 3 machine guns, 178 motorized vehicles, 39 armored vehicles.

Earlier, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz confirmed Berlin's commitment to supply Ukraine with modern weapons.

In particular, Berlin spoke about the plans to supply the AFU with Gepard, howitzers Panzerhaubitze 2000, anti-aircraft system Iris-T and multiple rocket launchers Mars.

But the government noted that for organizational and security reasons it was difficult to talk about the timetable for supplying weapons to Ukraine.
