Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has ordered the lifting of the ban on the movement of military conscripts by the country without permits. He announced the decision during a report by Valeriy Zaluzhnyy, commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This was told to RBC-Ukraine by an informed source.
"At a meeting with the military, the president heard a report from Valery Zaluzhny on permits for military conscripts to leave their places of residence," the source told the publication.
It is known that the President drew attention to the fact that the Defense Ministry is the subject of the formation of state policy in this matter, and the government can limit the constitutional rights of citizens during martial law by its acts.
"The President instructed to abolish the order adopted by the General Staff in order to finalize it with the preservation of the country's defense capacity," the source informs the publication.
