Zelenskiy once again gathered the Stavka: they discussed the use of new types of weapons by the enemy

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskiy held another meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief on Monday, UNN was informed in the Office of the President.

"Participants heard information about the operational situation on the front lines. A decision was made regarding the active actions of the defense forces with the aim of further de-occupation of the territory of Ukraine," the message reads.

It is also noted that the state of providing the troops with weapons and ammunition was analyzed. "The President emphasized the importance of operational provision of high-precision weapons and all the necessary forces that are actively moving forward," added the VP.

"During the meeting, the participants separately focused on the issue of the enemy's use of new types of weapons and outlined plans to counter such means," the message said.

Russia has attacked Ukraine in recent days using kamikaze drones, which the Ukrainian military says were Iranian Shahed-136 drones. On September 23, the Mohajer-6 multi-purpose strike drone of Iranian production was shot down for the first time.

Due to Iran's supply of weapons to Russia for waging war, the Ukrainian side decided to revoke the accreditation of Iran's ambassador to Ukraine and significantly reduce the number of diplomatic staff at the embassy in Kyiv.
