Lukashenko proposed to stop hostilities in Ukraine "on both sides"

Belarusian dictator Oleksandr Lukashenko offered to stop hostilities in Ukraine to "both sides" of the conflict. Allegedly, a truce should be announced without the right to move equipment and transfer weapons.

This was stated by the dictator during his message to the Belarusian people and parliament.

"I will try to take the risk of proposing to stop hostilities. Many now, especially in Russia, may say that we already stopped then in Donbas, the situation was different then. But taking into account these conditions, stop hostilities, declare a cease-fire without the right to move, regroup troops from both parties, without the right to transfer weapons, manpower and equipment. Everyone froze," Lukashenko suggested.

In his opinion, negotiations should then be started, but if allegedly "the West will once again try to use the pause in hostilities", then Russia allegedly has the right to use all types of weapons.

"Then Russia is obliged to involve all the power of the Military Industry and the Army to prevent the escalation of the conflict. And phosphorous ammunition, and combined uranium, and enriched uranium, everything must be involved. If there is deception once again and even the slightest movement across the border in Ukraine or from the other side of Russia, the movement of troops and preparation for an attack. The military will understand me," Lukashenko said.

He added that all "territorial, restorative" and other issues should and allegedly be "solved at the negotiating table without preconditions."

It will be recalled that in February of this year, the self-proclaimed president of Belarus, Oleksandr Lukashenko, "felt" that there was a "unique chance" to end the war in Ukraine.
