Finland is preparing a new military aid package for Ukraine

The government of Finland is preparing the next package of defense assistance to Ukraine, which will be the 19th in a row. This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Finland, Elina Valtonen, on her Twitter account (X).

 

 

The official noted that Helsinki's total assistance to Ukraine has already reached two billion euros.


"Our next package of defense equipment is being prepared," the Finnish Foreign Minister said.


Elina Valtonen also emphasized that Ukraine is "the biggest development partner" for Finland. She emphasized that Finland's and the European Union's support for Ukraine will continue "as long as it is needed."


According to the information, the new package of military aid from Finland will include 94 million euros.


"Freedom will prevail. Thank you very much for hosting us in Kyiv, Dmytro Kuleba," she wrote.


"Supporting Ukraine is not charity, but a common defense struggle for the European way of life and values. That is why we must continue to support Ukraine as long as necessary," the Finnish minister emphasized.
