The GUR claimed responsibility for the bombing of former "head of the people's police" Mikhail Filiponenko in Luhansk. The "deputy of the LPR Supreme Council" was killed this morning.
"He was involved in the organization of torture chambers in the occupied territories of Luhansk region, where prisoners of war and civilian hostages were subjected to inhuman torture. Filiponenko personally brutally tortured people," the GUR said.
The GUR said that "a special operation to eliminate the collaborator was implemented jointly with representatives of the resistance movement."
Earlier we reported that a car bombing killed a "deputy of the LPR People's Council" and former "head of the LPR JCCC" Mikhail Filiponenko in Luhansk.
