On Thursday, November 9, explosions were heard in the occupied Skadovsk, Kherson region. A strike on a Russian military base has been reported. This was reported by the advisor to the mayor of Mariupol, Petro Andriushchenko.

According to him, the Russian Lotus base was hit at about 9:20 a.m.

"Skadovsk. #OurEyesEverywhere reports an arrival at the occupiers' Lotus base about 25 minutes ago," he wrote this morning.

The local Telegram channel "Skadovsk Defender" said that the attack hit the city center. It also published photos from the scene.

The Telegram channel "Mykolaiv Vanek" also provided details of the "arrival".

According to him, the strike fell on the building of the collective farm office, where the local "elite" was gathering. He also said that there were at least 8 Russians killed.

The Russian side did not comment on the incident.

The Russian-appointed "authorities" of the Kherson region have confirmed a missile attack on Skadovsk. They claim that one missile was shot down by air defense, and the second hit the private sector, damaging several houses.
