Israel has accused the UN of the lack of aid that should have gone to the residents of the Gaza Strip. This is reported by Sky News.

Israel believes that the UN should be more effective in providing assistance to the civilian population of Gaza. The government has opened a new Kerem Shalom checkpoint to facilitate inspections and improve the supply of humanitarian aid to the region.


Palestinians in Gaza are facing acute shortages of food and other essential goods, and aid supplies have significantly decreased since the end of the seven-day truce earlier this month, the Israeli Defense Ministry said.
