Massive missile attack on Ukraine: five people are killed

Five people were killed and at least 40 others were injured in a morning rocket attack on Ukraine. This was reported by Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko.


Several fires broke out in Kyiv as a result of the missile strike in the capital - in the Sviatoshynskyi, Solomianskyi and Pecherskyi districts. One person was killed, and there are injured civilians. Two high-rise buildings, a private building, and cars were damaged.


In the Kyiv region, two multi-storey buildings, a private house, outbuildings and cars were damaged in Buchansky district. Three people were injured.


In the Dnipropetrovsk region, an attack on Pavlohrad killed one person and injured another.


In Kharkiv, Russians hit two multi-storey buildings. According to preliminary data, three people were killed and about 30 others were injured.


"Rescuers are inspecting the damaged buildings and dismantling the rubble. Psychologists are working on the ground. Police investigators are carefully recording these crimes," added Klymenko.
