Russia has never stopped mobilization, 300,000 prisoners were drafted into the army - Budanov

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the Russian Federation has not stopped mobilizing its army. The head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense Kyrylo Budanov said this on Facebook and in an interview with the French publication Liberation.

According to him, Russia has never stopped mobilizing people to the occupation army.

"The aggressor state has never stopped recruiting people for the occupation army. At least 30,000 people are mobilized in Russia every month," Budanov said.

The head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence said that at the end of last year Russia selected more than 300,000 people to join the army.

It is worth noting that in recent days the media has been spreading information about a new wave of mobilization in Russia. In particular, it is said that Russian leader Vladimir Putin is seeking to mobilize more than 400,000 people.
