According to him, the Russians struck on March 19 in the afternoon. They hit a critical infrastructure facility and damaged the houses of local residents.


"There were two explosions. It is not yet clear whether they were missiles or KABs. A critical infrastructure facility was hit. The houses of local residents were also damaged. There is no information about injuries or deaths. The scale of the destruction is being clarified," Zarko said.


He also urged the residents of the community to stock up on water.
