Explosions were heard in Mykolaiv. Civilians were warned about the work of enemy ballistics. This was reported in the Telegram channel of Mykolaiv Mayor Oleksandr Syenkevych.
"Loud explosion in the city. Ballistics. Mykolaiv residents, please no photos. We will provide information later," Syenkevych wrote.
Vitaliy Kim, the head of Mykolaiv regional military administration, also confirmed the information, adding: "We are controlling the situation and acting according to the circumstances."
No further details of the incident have been disclosed. It is also worth noting that an air alert was declared in Mykolaiv and Kherson regions from 14:29 to 14:43 due to a warning about the threat of ballistic missile attacks from the south.
According to Kim, one woman was lightly injured as a result of the strikes.
