New Russian guided munitions can reach any part of Kharkiv, - Synegubov

The large-caliber UMPB D-30SN guided munitions used by Russia to attack Kharkiv on March 27 can reach any part of the city. This was stated by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synegubov.

According to Synegubov, this munition can "completely cover" the city of Kharkiv, any district, and even settlements in the Kharkiv region, depending on the distance to the border.

"The Russians are also inventing some new means of destruction. A new stage is the use of a new large-caliber guided munition. It flies farther than the KAB, up to 90 kilometers. We recorded the two strikes on Kharkiv, and it was 72-74 km from the launch to the moment of impact," the head of the RMA noted.

He considers the attack on March 27 to be "a kind of test" in order to possibly use such munitions in the future.

Synegubov noted that "this is something between a missile and a KAB." He explained that the munition is smaller than a guided aerial bomb and "much smaller" than the S-300.

"However, the destructive force is quite serious - the impact not only smashed out people's windows, but also the interior walls inside their houses," the head of the RMA added.
