In Kharkiv region, families with children will be forcibly evacuated from 47 settlements located near the border with Russia. The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synegubov, reported this on Telegram.

 

 

According to the official, the decision on forced evacuation was made during a meeting of the regional defense council.

 

"We are talking only about settlements close to the border with Russia in Kharkiv, Bohodukhiv and Izium districts. According to our information, 182 children live in these settlements," said Synegubov.

 

He noted that the evacuation does not apply to Kharkiv.

 

The official said that evacuation routes have been determined and places for temporary accommodation have been booked.
