Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov wrote on Facebook that the hit occurred in the "very center of the city."

The Head of State emphasized that Russian terror must be defeated, this is a need not only for Ukraine but for the whole world.
Zelensky called on partners to strengthen Ukraine's air defense.
"Russia must be responsible for its terror, and every missile, every "Shahed" must be shot down. The world can guarantee this, our partners have the necessary capabilities. This has been proven in particular in the skies of the Middle East, and it should work in the skies of Europe," Zelensky said.

Another child who was injured during a massive attack by Russian military on Dnipro and the region on April 19 has died in hospital. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.
"A child who was seriously injured during a massive enemy attack on the Dnipropetrovsk region today died in hospital," the Prosecutor General's Office said in a statement.
According to the office, the death toll has now risen to 9, including three children. According to the head of the RMA, three children died in the Sinelnykivsky district.
"A 14-year-old girl and two boys, aged 6 and 8, and six people in total. Six more were injured," noted Lysak.

Saturday, April 20, has been declared a day of mourning in Dnipro for those who died as a result of today's Russian attack on the city. This was announced by Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov on Telegram.
"In order to honor the memory of the victims of the tragedy that occurred on April 19 as a result of Russian missile attacks in Dnipro and the region, April 20 shall be declared a day of mourning in the city of Dnipro," Filatov's order reads.
In particular, state flags will be flown at half-mast on the city council building, on the buildings of public utilities, institutions and establishments of the city hall.
