Humeniuk will no longer be the "voice" of the Defense Forces of the South, - General Staff

From today, Captain of the First Rank Natalia Humeniuk will no longer serve as the head of the Joint Press Center of the Operational Command "South". This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

 

The military command told about the rotation of the head of the Center for Strategic Communications of the Defense Forces of the South.

 

"In particular, it was decided to complete the business trip and exclude Colonel Natalia Humeniuk from the forces and means of the relevant group of troops from 19.04.2024," the announcement reads.

 

The General Staff added that the selection of a suitable specialist is currently underway, "who will soon become the "voice" of the of the Defense Forces of the South".

 

It is also noted that the Center for Strategic Communications of the Defense Forces of the South will work as usual, organizing cooperation with media representatives who have the appropriate accreditation of the Armed Forces.

 

The reasons for the personnel decision regarding Humeniuk are not specified.
