Russia's «Nord Stream-2» gas pipeline will be ready for launch in the coming days. Today technological works are underway. This was reported by TASS.

According to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak, «Nord Stream-2» has been completed.

«Now the commissioning works are being carried out and the pipe is being filled with the necessary technological amount of gas. And I believe that it will be ready for work in the coming days, in order to start it,» he stressed.

He added that how the gas pipeline will be organized depends on the European regulator.

We will remind, earlier the president of Russia Vladimir Putin called nonsense the statement that «Nord Stream-2» was built only to bypass Ukraine.

And the American publication Politico published a material in which it claims that the administration of US President Joe Biden does not intend to impose sanctions on the Russian gas pipeline.
