Diya opened a filing for housing damaged due to the war

In the application "Dia" from now on allowed to submit an application about damaged housing during the war unleashed by Russia against Ukraine to restore it. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mikhail Fedorov on Wednesday, March 30.

 

"From now on, it is possible to apply in the app Diya for damaged housing during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the rf. Thousands of citizens were left without their homes in Kharkiv, Mariupol, Chernihiv, Bucha and other cities," Fedorov pointed out in Telegram.

 

According to the official, the state is doing everything to rebuild every house. "Therefore, this process begins now - with the collection of information and the fixing of losses," he noted.

 

Fedorov said it is possible to file a claim if there is damage:

Private homes (homesteads, vacation homes and garden homes)

Apartments

Other residential premises (for which separate ownership is registered, not as part of the house).

 

And explained how to apply for the Dia:

Update the application to the latest version

Go to Dia and click → Services → Report Damaged Property

Fill out the form with all the information you need.

 

After completing the form and registering it, you can, as indicated, download the application in PDF or receive it by e-mail.

 

"After registering the notice, expect information about the start of the assessment and compensation procedure, which will be determined by the government in the near future," Fedorov concluded.

 

Recall, Ukraine's losses due to the war, according to government estimates, exceeded 560 billion dollars.
