Lithuania recognizes Russia as a terrorist state

Today, the Seimas of Lithuania unanimously decided to recognize Russia as a terrorist state, and its atrocities in Ukraine as genocide. This is reported by Delfi.

 

"The Kremlin regime seeks to destroy the Ukrainian nation, so such actions should be recognized as genocide, and Russia is a state that supports and carries out terrorism," the Lithuanian Seimas said.

 

128 deputies of the Seimas voted for the resolution.

 

The resolution said that the Russian Armed Forces and mercenaries had committed mass war crimes on the territory of Ukraine, especially in Bucha, Irpen, Mariupol, Borodyanka and Gostomel.
