652 children suffered as a result of Russian aggression in Ukraine

At least 652 children suffered as a result of Russia's war against Ukraine. At the same time, 229 children died because of Russian aggression.

 

This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine in Telegram.

 

"As of the morning of May 17, 2022, more than 652 children have been affected in Ukraine as a result of Russia's full-scale armed aggression. According to official data from juvenile prosecutors, 229 children were killed and more than 423 wounded," the message reads.

 

As a result of Russian armed aggression, children suffered the most in:

 

Donetsk region - 140,

 

Kyiv region - 116,

 

Kharkiv region - 100,

 

Chernihiv region - 68,

 

Kherson region - 48,

 

Lugansk region - 47,

 

Mykolaivska - 44,

 

Zaporizhia - 28,

 

Sumy - 17,

 

Kyiv - 16,

 

Zhytomyr - 15.
