G7 ambassadors visit Odesa, showing that the world will watch and hold Russia accountable - Brink

G7 (G7) ambassadors visited Odesa, showing that the world will watch and hold Russia accountable, U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Brigitte Brink said.

"Implementation of the grain agreement is key to controlling skyrocketing prices and providing food to those who rely on Ukrainian exports. Russia must honor the agreements. The G7 visited Odesa, showing that the world will watch - and hold Russia accountable," Brink wrote on Twitter Friday.

She added that Ukraine and the U.S. are working closely together, paving other routes, including overland routes, to maximize exports.

"Ukraine is looking for every possible way to export grain and other food, and we have been working closely with Ukraine and Alexei Kubrakov since Russia began its full-scale invasion, paving other routes, including overland routes, to maximize exports," Brink pointed out.

The diplomat stressed that, together with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, she saw for herself that Ukraine is ready to export, but that Russia must fulfill its obligations to ensure that Ukrainian food gets to those who depend on it.
